Fat Fight

Thursday, December 2nd, 2010

Remember the Scene in Animal House when John Belushi yells “Food Fight!” Well, that’s the idea that I have in mind when I say “Fat Fight.”

In order for an exercise program to be effective in the burning of fat, your body needs to be engaged, at the cellular level, in a fight. This means that long, slow distance cardio and other forms of exercise won’t work.

Why? Because your body doesn’t perceive that a fight is taking place.

And if there’s no fight taking place in your body your central nervous system will not get the message to rebalance, harmonize and put your system in order. Instead, your body will just carry on and carry on and carry on.

There’s a reason why animals in the wild can eat all day and remain lean their entire lives. And it’s not because they do hours of cardio per day.

Animals have a secret of staying fit. Want to know what it is? Then get your hands on my new program The Fastest Way Humanly Possible to Burn Fat.

Unlike any other exercise programs, this fitness program begins working immediately. Within one or two workouts you will see and feel results – even if you haven’t changed your diet one bit.

Go here and order now.

Did You Burn Off Turkey Day Yet?

Wednesday, December 1st, 2010

Last week most of America pigged out and wolfed down… turkey. And they didn’t stop there.

By the end of one big day of chowing, clothes were snugger, belts needed extra loops and intestines lie gurgling in chaotic wonder: “Why did you do this to me?”

Funny, but most people go into the holidays expecting to blimp out. But imagine if you had one secret that allowed you to eat all you wanted, to drink all you wanted, and you’d still wake up the next day just as lean, if not leaner than the day before.

What if your metabolism whipped fat off your body so fast you felt like a kid again?

Find out how the above is more than a mere dream by going to here.

Best,

Matt Furey
