3 Ways to Grow Younger

I just finished six days of seminars and coaching and

am feeling good. Many people wondered how I could

keep myself at such a high level of performance for

six straight days.

And many people who had not seen me in a few months

marvelled at how much younger I looked.

The reasons are many. I do many, many things that

contribute to how I look and feel.

But if I were to narrow it down to the three most important

things, they would be as follows:

1. I spend time every morning and every night doing Theatre

of the Mind exercises from Zero Resistance Living –

http://psycho-cybernetics.com/zrlcourse.html – These exercises

literally bring light and energy to everything I do.

2. I practice “Dao Zou” – a little known eastern form of backward

training combined with meditation. And it truly boggles the mind

how this simple exercise – when combined with proper breathing

and mental picturing – will rewire and rewind your mind and body.

You turn back the clock, physically and mentally. You become

younger in heart, in spirit and in terms of what you can do with

your physical body. I’ve been training this way for a couple years

now – and the positive effects have been HUGE. You can read more

at http://mattfurey.com/dao_zou.html

3. I do the Combat Conditioning exercises as spelled out in my

best-seller – especially those that comprise the Royal Court:

Hindu squats, Hindu pushups and bridging. Theese exercises

simultaneously increase strength, endurance and flexibility –

and they do it fast. Be sure to take a look at all the goodies you

receive when you order – http://mattfurey.com/conditioning_book.html

Well, my friend, that’s all for now. I’ll be back shortly with more.

P.S. I’ll be putting out the word for my 2008 Fitness Seminar

very soon. Stay tuned.
