What I am about to tell you has nothing to do with fitness
or health. It does, however, have something to do with making

Well, when it comes to real estate, I have a number of advisors.
I take everything in that I am told and then I make a decision based
on what I learn. I then keep track of what works and what doesn’t.
I keep doing what works and stop doing what doesn’t. This is the
same formula I follow with anything I get involved in.
Last night I met with my number one advisor: real estate mogul and
fortune teller, Lou Vukas, to discuss a plan of action for 2007. Lou has
NEVER steered me wrong. Not once. Not even close. Everything he has
