How to Avoid Knee Surgery

“The last person you want to visit is the orthopedic surgeon. You go see the surgeon and he’s going to

find something to cut. That’s how he makes his living.”

The above is what I came to believe as a college wrestler, and afterward, as a martial artist.

Shortly after college I hurt my knee. It swelled to the point that I couldn’t put my pants on. Reluctantly,

I only went to the surgeon when the knee got infected.

After draining it he suggested surgery to remove my bursa sac. I got a second opinion. Second doctor gave first opinion. “You need surgery,” he says.

I figured a way to work around it and never had it done. Today I’m grateful.

The fact is that far too many people opt for knee surgery when there is a better way to restore your function.

So imagine my delight when I met up with Dr. Bill Stillwell, an orthopedic surgeon who did NOT operate on over 90% of his patients. Not only that, he wrote text books for surgeons, detailing what to do and what not to do.

He practiced in Long Island for many years, then retired. And now he’s come up with an incredible course that will teach you how to avoid knee surgery – just like I did.

If you choose to do as I did and refuse the surgery – you better have a back up plan on what to do to restore full function to your knee. Otherwise the surgeon will get your knee on his table. And it’s going to be a bloody, painful mess.

Make sure you pick up a copy of Dr. Bill’s latest classic – even if your knee isn’t ailing you right now. If it ever is, you’ll want to be armed and ready.

And if your knee is bothering you and you’ve been told you need the surgeon’s scalpel, what if there was a 90% chance you could refuse it and come out ahead. Sounds like a gamble worth taking, eh.
