After watching a former Fruit of the Loom guy dance around in spandex a few times back in the 1980’s, I learned to cringe every time I heard the word “aerobics.”
And the flawed science behind aerobics made me cringe even further.
Despite popular belief, this type of low-intensity long-duration exercise can actually wreck your body. Do enough, and it will make you sick, old and tired before your time.
You’ll find out why in a minute, but first, let me tell you about supra-aerobics – a completely different animal.
I think of it like a car. Traditional aerobics turn your body into a small car with a small engine. It’s fuel-efficient, but God help you if you need to quickly get out of the way of an oncoming truck. You just don’t have the power.
Supra-aerobics, on the other hand, gives your heart and lungs a turbo boost that can get you out of any jam.
A high output, supra-aerobic workout builds up reserve capacity in your heart, expands your lung volume and melts away fat so fast your friends will be shocked when they see the change in you.
My good friend, Dr. Al Sears, has the ultimate program to get you into the supra-aerobic zone every time you work out. Click this link to discover more …

P.S. I spoke with Dr. Al at a conference a couple years ago, and he is solid rock. His program works wonders – and that’s why I’m standing behind it.
