How Do You See Yourself?

I went to bed late last night after doing a bit of creative work which caused me to lose track of time. Next thing I knew it was 3 a.m.

Just before lopping off into R.E.M. sleep, I remembered something important: ‘Make sure you program your mind to wake up ‘filled with energy.’

This is something I first got hold of when I read about the power of thinking in pictures and using your imagination to change your life. Big pictures. Pictures of what you want – not of what you don’t want.

Regardless of what time you go to bed at night, there is a natural tendency to think about how tired you are instead of planning on how good you want to feel the next day. Thing is, if you go to bed with a picture in your mind and words on your lips that say, ‘I’m tired,’ chances are excellent you’ll wake up more exhausted than when you went to bed.

But … If you say to yourself, ‘I’m wiped out right now, but tomorrow I’m going to wake up feeling GREAT!’ … well then, I can assure that when you “rise up” the next day you will be having a totally different experience; a positive experience.

Now, once you get up, you can begin your day with one of my Theatre of the Mind visualization CDs. These are the key to your success. To change who you are on the outside you must begin within. Change how you see yourself in your mind’s eye and you’ll be changing how you are to other minds.

After doing one of the mega powerful visualizations I teach, you can move on and do the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener and Vaccuum – as seen in Combat Abs – or you can drop into the cat (or dawg) stretch position – just like the Hindu Pushup posture I teach in Combat Conditioning.

Mark my words: If you do nothing more than simply hold the pushup posture for a minute while breathing deeply – you’ll SLIDE through the remainder of your day feeling like you’re in total bliss.

It’s all about energy, my friend. Think in high energy pictures – then do high energy things.

If you’ll do this – you’ll make so much progress within the next 90 days that people will think you’re a totally different person. And you will be.

Rise Up!
