Unless you’ve been living in a cave, you’ve heard stories about a someone (usually a man) being pinned under a car. The man is fighting for his life. Then a little-old lady who loves him and desperately wants to see him LIVE – grabs the bumper of the car and lifts it off the man with ease.
How did she do this?
First, she formed a powerful mental picture of what she wanted.
Second, the powerful mental picture caused an adrenaline surge. And the adrenaline gave her the power to do something that was considered ‘impossible’ moments earlier.
Thing is she never questioned whether it was possible or not. She simply formed a new mental image and ATTACKED.
Question: Can we human beings tap into this type of super-human strength on command?
Answer: Yes and no.
Yes, we can do seemingly incredible things at will. Yes, we can improve whatever we are doing – and do so instantly. Yes, we can make what appear to be quantum leaps forward.
But no, we cannot make these leaps unless we learn how to harness the power of mental pictures.
In order for the little old lady to lift the car she needed to change the mental picture she had in her mind to one of physical invincibility. She had to create the emotion that Dr. Maxwell Maltz, author of the 30 million copy best-seller, Psycho-Cybernetics, called “The Winning Feeling.”
Without this winning feeling experienced “in her bones” – she wouldn’t have attempted the lift. She would have never even considered it a possibility.
I have spent years teaching people how to create this “winning feeling” and the results I get with people are often magical, if not miraculous.
There are very few people I have met who have the ability to help you create this winning feeling when it comes to strength and speed – or anything else.
But a long-time student of Psycho-Cybernetics, Garin Bader – a man with multiple talents and skills; a man who has played piano on Carnegie Hall and has won awards all over the world; a man who can do two-finger extended arm pushups with one hand; a man who began performing on stage at the age of 3; a man who can sculpt, paint and fight – is a rare exception.
Recently, per my suggestion, Garin came out with a course called Core-Force Energy and it teaches you how to harness that “winning feeling” in whatever you do. Whether it’s fitness, fighting, writing or painting – Garin knows how to help you get the best out of yourself.
I strongly recommend you take a look at his program. It may change your life for the better – and at warp speed. But not if you sit on your hands with a mental image of “no can do.”
See yourself big and strong – and fast. Like the little old lady, lift yourself to new heights.
Be a “CAN DO” person – even when it comes to the “impossible.”
Rise UP!
