No More Hump Days

If you go home from work today and sit on the couch to watch tee-vee; if you eat a big ole meal and go to bed without doing something physical; then tomorrow will be HUMP DAY for you.

HUMP DAY is the Wednesday that tired, fatigued and emotionally drained people have. It is also, in some ways, a type of language used by people who have humps.

Dowager’s hump from sitting before a computer for hours a day.

Butt humps from – well, sitting all day.

Belly humps from not exercising and eating all the wrong foods.

And muscle humps wherein your body is out of balance.

For me, tomorrow is Wednesday. It’s not hump day. And the truth is I wouldn’t even know it’s Wednesday except for the fact that my wife called me a bit ago to tell me so. Otherwise I’d have no idea.

Why. Because when you exercise the way I do – with the The Chinese Long-Life System

in the morning and Dao Zou

in the evening – your life goes into a state of FLOW.

When you’re in a state of flow – work is play. There’s no pain or drudgery attached to it. Moreover, you have a decreased desire to keep track of time because you’re enjoying every single moment.

You’re breathing – you’re relaxed – you’re savoring each moment.

No angst. No stress. No worries.

Sure, just like anyone else, problems can surface – but regardless, you breathe, relax and savor – and get over them quickly.

In doing so you discover that life does not have to turn you into a stressed out lunatic. You stay calm in the midst of chaos by reconnecting to Nature through exercise that opens you up – body, mind and soul.

The The Chinese Long-Life System

opens the meridians in the body through gentle exercises and slaps to various pressure points. Do it in the morning and you’ll run off to work without a worry in the world.

In the evening, it’s good to purge all the negativity from the day by rewinding your mind with Dao Zou

. This series of exercises will revitalize and recharge you while transforming stress into peace and tranquility.

Don’t be surprised when people notice you’re looking younger – as well as sporting a new found glow that is magnetic.

Don’t be surprised if you get asked, “How do you stay so centered and calm when everyone else if freaked out.”

At this point you can smile and say, “Ancient Chinese Secret.”

Indeed, it IS.

Learn these ancient secrets NOW.

And remember – no more hump days.
