No Time for Sleep

It’s 3 a.m. and I’m pulling an all-nighter. Typically I get

6-9 hours of sleep – but tonight I have a number of projects

to finish – so I’ll be cranking for a couple more hours, then

I’m off to el aeroporto for a short trip to Hurricane Katrina

land.

If you’ve never pulled an all-nighter before, there are some

tricks to it. You don’t have to feel drained in the least. In

fact, you can feel totally energized the whole time – but only

if you’ll remove the idea from your noggin that you’re going

to feel terrible if you don’t sleep.

If you entertain such a thought – well then, you will be tired

and you will feel terrible. On the other hand, if you refuse to

allow any “I’m tired” thoughts room in your brain – you’ve

taken the first step to working all night and feeling good

about it.

The second step is replacing sleep time with 10-15 minute

power visualizations. Any time you start feeling even remotely

sleepy, you sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and begin to

make contact with your BIG SELF.

It’s been said that a good 20 minute meditation can be the

equivalent of 8 hours of sleep. I’ve found this to be true –

even so I do admit to liking a good 8 hours of sleep MOST

of the time.

Well, I must get back to work – but I did want to send this

quick note to let you know I’m thinking about you and am

truly interested in seeing you succeed in a big way.

To help steer you in the right direction for success, I’m

recommending the most powerful life-changing tools I’ve

ever seen for getting more living out of life. You can read

all about them by going to

All for now.
