Puttin’ Your Feet Down

As I mentioned yesterday, I’ll be launching my new product, Eliminate Heel Pain or Plantar Fasciitis in 2 Minutes a Day, very soon. Most likely this week.

The program is unlike anything on the market today. In fact, just like my Carpal Tunnel Fix program the Fure-cat is leading the field in alternative ways to strengthen the weak links so you can live without pain and/or won’t have to undergo surgery.

In many cases, the person who opts for surgery either doesn’t know or refuses to discover how he can get better without the blade.

In many cases the patient seems to subconsciously love the idea of telling everyone how he had this surgery, and that one, and the other one – and so on.

I’ve been fortunate indeed as I’m one of the few lifelong athletes and martial artists whose body hasn’t had a single orthopaedic surgery.

In fact, other than the surgery to repair a detached retina, the Fure-cat has repeatedly bounced off the

ground and avoided the blade. And if I’d have known more about the eyes and how to train them, perhaps I would be surgery free in that area, too.

Take back surgery, for example. Sometimes it’s necessary. But most of the time it’s not. Bed rest and proper exercise will often do MORE to help you heal than the surgery. And this has been proven over and over. Six months of rest versus an update six months after surgery. Guess who usually comes out ahead?

Most carpal tunnel surgery is totally unnecessary. Same goes for surgery to relieve plantar fasciitis.

As I’ve been saying for quite some time, if your focus is on training the muscles, your body is going to break down. Plain and simple.

And it doesn’t matter how big or strong your muscles are either. If your tendons are weak, you’re going to be sorry.

Your tendons connect your muscles to your bones – and if they aren’t trained, your body breaks down. All the muscle mass in the world won’t help you. Nor will the latest weight machines, cardio equipment

and so on.

Eliminating plantar fasciitis or heel pain is incredibly easy. Dr. Trevor Neal, the foot surgeon who participated in the making of my new DVD, openly acknowledged on camera that if you do my exercises, you probably won’t need surgery.

Many people have written to ask if this program will help with achilles tendon pain.

YES, it will.

Now, you want to know what’s really cool about this NEW DVD? It’s that the first set of exercises are done in bed.

That’s right.

Most heel pain sufferers experience the first ache of the day when they put their feet down. So I’ve set you up for success by having you train in bed – opening the meridians before you even set foot on the floor.

After that I teach you how to train from a seated position – so you can alleviate your pain at any time of the day. Whether at the office or while watching tee-vee – you can take care of the business of eliminating pain and avoiding surgery.

And if this isn’t enough for you, on the final stage of the DVD you Get to see how you can eliminate pain in your heel while standing in line at the grocery store, bank, post office – or while on the job. What’s more, you won’t even have to remove your shoes – so no one but you will even know you’re doing my exercises.

Is that cool or what?

You know, I’m so fired up I’m going to get a web page for this product up within 48 hours – so you can Order Now.

P.S. In case you’re wondering, what about the new cartoon version of Combat Conditioning – as well as my new book, The Unbeatable Man – hang onto your seat. I have many irons in the fire this month and I’m consciously choosing the exact date to release these international best-sellers.

P.P.S. Speaking of another iron in the fire, I’m off to Kentucky later today to create the long-awaited and greatly anticipated product on uphill training – sprints and more. Yes, I’ll be puttin’ my feet down on Kentucky blue grass – and it’ll be a blast-off.
