Stand Up to Dis-ease

In China, the longest lived people reportedly walk for at least an hour per day.

But based upon my experiences living and traveling in China, a large part of this story is missing.

Why?

Because it’s not walking that helps you live longer – it’s HOW you walk, it’s how you breathe when you walk, it’s which direction you walk and it’s what you’re mentally picturing as you walk.

Yes, virtually any form of walking will help you – but there are chi kung walking methods that the Chinese people believe help ward off dis-ease. There are even methods of walking that are believed to eradicate various diseases from the body, including the big ‘C.’

We hear a lot about standing up to this big ‘C’ – and believe me, I’m all in favor of standing – but I’m also in favor of practicing movements with specific breathing patterns that have profound health benefits.

In my Dao Zou program, I teach a chi kung walking method that will put your mind at ease, quickly eliminate stress and give you profound experiences that are “out of this world.”

Additionally, this program will increase your memory, elevate your energy and build a stronger immune system.

If you follow this program before you go to work, you’ll “slide” through the day as if lubricated. If you follow it before bed-time, you’ll glide into the sleep world like you did at a younger age.

Normally this program retails for an amount nearly 3x what I have it listed for right NOW. So jump on this offer right away and you’ll be stunned with how much it helps you.

Follow the Way of Dao Zou and be amazed with how it changes your life, health and well-being for the better.

Best,

Matt Furey
