The Injury Free Workout

In sports, going through an entire season without a single injury, is a personal achievement, in and of itself. Now imagine if you were the coach of a team who went through a season without ANY INJURIES. That would be one hellacious accomplishment, wouldn’t it.

Well, that’s the message that gets back to me time and again – the most recent from a baseball coach, who’s team followed my joint loosening and stretching program and had ZERO injuries for an entire season.

I’ve heard similar stories from boys and girls basketball coaches – and each time I hear this I smile from ear to ear.

Why.

Because most of the programs we’re being pushed to follow these days – in particular – those using weights – are sold to us under the pretense that they’ll help prevent injuries. In my experience, these programs do the exact opposite.

In my athletic career, I had my share of injuries: knees, ankles, shoulders, ribs, neck, lower back and so on. And many of these hit me a day or two after working out in the weight room.

Since beginning my study of Chinese martial arts in 1990, in particular the internal energy component, I rarely have any sort of injury or pain. With the exception of eye surgery, I’m happy to say I’ve stayed away from the surgeon for all other matters. And let me tell you, for someone approaching 50 who’s been as active as I have – that’s almost a miracle. Almost everyone I know who’s been as active has had numerous surgeries.

So I can vouch for the joint loosening exercises I teach as well. They work wonders for the body.

And they may just keep you and those you know injury free as well. You’ll receive them as part of my Combat Stretching program.

Order today and eliminate the possibility of injury to the best of your ability.

Best,

Matt Furey
