Today’s Interview
Just got off the horn with Dr. Robert Prather
and his wife, Lisa. They’re the hosts of the
radio program – The Voice of Health –
http://thevoiceofhealthradio.com
This was the first interview I’ve done for radio
in a couple years, and the second interview I’ve
done in the last couple days. Several more are
in the works.
Anyway, on February 9 you’ll be able to listen to
the interview on the Dr. Prather website listed
above – and I’ll think you’ll find it fascinating.
Here’s why:
Dr. Prather prescribes the exercises in Combat
Conditioning for his patients – as he and his
wife use the program and have experienced
incredible results.
He also recommends the program for children
who are ADD as it helps their minds settle so
they can concentrate better.
One of the other good things we addressed was
the importance of deep breathing in your exercise
routine.
As Farmer Burns once wrote, “Deep breathing alone
has made many a weak man strong and many a sick
man well.”
How true – and the exercises in Combat Conditioning
are designed to force you into deep breathing mode.
That’s a good thing with immeasurable health benefits.
I’ll remind you when the interview goes LIVE. In the
meantime, make sure you’re experiencing the benefits
of CC – http://mattfurey.com/conditioning_book.html
