Today I’m going to cover a few questions from readers of this daily email/blog. Here goes:

I got the Power Wheel per your recommendation and it is awesome. Just want to know if I should use it every day or a few times per week. Thanks much.

MJF: Jeremy, glad you got your Power Wheel and are liking it. In the beginning, depending upon soreness, 2-3 times per week is sufficient. Once you’re over the soreness 2-3 times per week is still good. But if you do something five days a week, Monday-Friday, I think you’ll be amazed with the difference. I wouldn’t do a full workout with it each day – just one exercise each day – like the basic rollout from the knees. Do 15-25 reps and you’ll notice the difference. This one exercise will take no more than a couple minutes – and the benefits are major.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’ve suffered from seasonal allergies for years and now, thanks to your advice in the Furey Faithful newsletter, I have no more sniffling or sneezing. Before it was out of control. Now I just eat the foods you said to eat and it’s a miracle. I’ve passed the word on to several co-workers who’ve been taking medicine for years, with no results, and they’re no longer going to the doctor for help with this. They’re sniffle free as well. Again, a million thanks.

Thanks to you I’m now in the best shape of my life. I had your Combat Conditioning book on my shelf for almost a year. I finally took it off in January and began following your routines. Now I’m feeling like I did when I was 20 (I’m 48 now). My clothes are all falling off me. My wife says that’s a good thing. Needless to say our love life is much improved. So not only do I thank you, my wife does too.

MJF: Jacob, get your wife to do the same routine with you and your workouts may move to an even higher level of intimacy.
