My True Opinion of Yoga

I get a TON of emails every day from people

asking me about yoga. Well I’m going to answer

them once and for all right now.

I think yoga helps people get flexible, eliminate pain

and experience peace of mind. It also helps with

strength, balance and weight loss – IF you are following

a program that isn’t dumbed down to the least common

denominator -and in many cases, that’s exactly what you get

in this country.

So many people are wimpy and weak that many of

the yoga teachers themselves don’t know the truly

powerful way to train for supreme results. Many teach

nothing but watered-down fluff – not the stuff that

gives the results you’re seeking.

With this in mind, you can probably imagine the

expression on my face when I got my hands on a

new course called of all things… Lumberjack Yoga.

Turns out the author, Ben Rifkin, is a former honest-to-

goodness lumberjack who cuts down trees in Vermont

for a living and does yoga in the woods on the stumps.

Tis very different yoga workout than hugging trees, if

you get my drift.

Before working as a lumberjack, Ben was a rugby player,

and before that he played lacrosse in college. Definitely

someone who knows the meaning of GET TOUGH.

While nearly killing himself in sports he also managed

to simultaneously beat himself up hoisting heavy iron.

After more than a dozen injuries in the weight room, he

got smart and ditched the iron for good.

Ben then searched far and wide to find a workout that would

eliminate the pain from his weight training injuries while

giving him the same feeling of strength he got from lifting

weights.

He tried many routines until he found a way to do yoga with

all the sissy stuff removed and all the “get tough” stuff in

tact. Ben found out that this type of yoga, unlike all the

others, gave him the results he sought – and FAST.

Today Ben has more functional strength than he ever did

while lifting weights. His injuries and joint pain are a distant

memory. And at six feet tall he’s flexible enough to touch his

palms to the floor without even trying.

The good news is that Ben put all the knowledge he discovered

into a uniquely powerful course called “Lumberjack Yoga.”

You gotta love a program with a name like that, eh.

The program definitely get’s the Furey Seal of Approval. It’s

a great routine to use along with Combat Conditioning. Go to http://naterifkin.com/cgi-bin/red.php?Clk=1828822 and

check it out.

By the way, in his current job Ben works 14-hour days so he

makes sure his Lumberjack Yoga workouts get the job done

even if he only has 15 minutes to spare. And in his new course

he teaches the exact workouts he uses to get every part of his

body into maximum condition.

So make sure to read what he has to say about Lumberjack Yoga at http://naterifkin.com/cgi-bin/red.php?Clk=1828822

P.S. One more thing: You might be glad to know I put Ben

Rifkin in a hammerlock and made him promise he’d give

the Furey Faithful a test-drive of his new course before

they decide to buy it. He agreed.

So for the next 48 hours Ben will allow you to test-drive

a copy of Lumberjack Yoga for only $1 plus S&H. That’s

just one dollar for a beefy binder of easy-to-understand

instruction along with a DVD giving even more details. Make

sure to go to http://naterifkin.com/cgi-bin/red.php?Clk=1828822

and see if you can get in on this nearly insane offer.
