Eat More – Weigh Less

Thursday, November 2nd, 2006

(Note: We only have room for 198 more people on this)

The November issue of my by-mail newsletter

is at the printers, along with Fure-cat’s Fitness

Motivation CD. And let me tell you, this issue

contains a secret that is guaranteed to blow

torch off fat your body faster than anything I have

ever told you before.

In fact, the greatness of this secret is that you

really DO get to eat MORE than you are currently

eating.

What’s more – I am only asking you to make ONE

change in your eating habits. Just ONE. Not a complete

overhaul.

And if you listen to what I am going to reveal – and ‘do

the thing’ I’m recommending, you are going to be

absolutely stunned when you look in the mirror each

day.

Old clothes that you haven’t been able to wear in years

will suddenly slide onto your body like they once did.

People on the street are going to approach and ask what

you’re doing to have dropped so much weight. Double-takes

will be the order of the day.

Now, if you’re uncomfortable with dropping all the excess

flabbage, if you’d rather not be bothered by people complimenting

you, then – hey, no argument from me.

Maybe you’re not motivated by an improved appearance. Maybe

you’d rather have me scare the hell out of you, telling you that

failure to follow my suggestions may result in a heart attack, or

cancer – or some such disease.

But I won’t do that because I cannot prove such assertions. However,

I can tell you that those who follow my suggestion, this ONE suggestion,

will greatly reduce the chances of heart attack, stroke, cancer and so

on. I’m talking about a DRAMATIC reduction in your chances for any

of the above.

So make sure you enroll as a member of the Matt Furey Inner Circle

right now. At present we can only accept another 198 new members.

Make sure you’re one of them. Enroll NOW.

Two ways to get the job done:

1. Go to http://www.mattfurey.com/furey_inner_circle.html and

enroll as an annual member.

or

2. Go to http://www.mattfurey.com/fg324trfsr3ttai.html and sign

on as a monthly test-drive member.

That’s it, my friend.

Man Rises Above Pain and Depression

Wednesday, November 1st, 2006

Last February I met a man from British Columbia

at one of my seminars.

He was around 35 years old – and really down in

the dumps. He was trying deperately to lift himself

up – but it was hard.

Part of the reason, no doubt, had to do with the recent

death of his wife – to that ugliest of all diseases, cancer.

When this man lost his wife – he felt all hope was lost –

that he would never find love again. Day by day he grew

more reclusive, more fearful – and more unwilling to reach

out for more.

I encouraged him – told him he needed to begin again, to

renew himself. He told me he didn’t even know where or

how to begin again. I introduced him to a man I know who

has a program for men who are fearful and apprehensive

about meeting women. He hooked up with the guy, followed

his instructions – and a few months later, when I met the

man again – WHAT a change.

His cheeks were rosy. He was smiling “all the time.” His

depression was gone – along with his dread for the future.

He was back in control of his life; no longer feeling like a

victim or lost cause.

I know there are other men who may also be fearful about

being rejected by women – or who recently lost a loved

one. If you know one, go ahead and pass this email along.

Perhaps it will be of great help.

The link to send him to is http://www.mattfurey.com/attraction.html

All for now.

Kick butt – take names,

P.S. Granted, this product is NOT for most people. Evenso, the story of

rising above pain, anguish and frustration can be a source of inspiration no

matter what issue you’re faced with.

Gifts from Iraq

Wednesday, November 1st, 2006

Ten days ago, at the conclusion of 5-straight days

of high-intensity teaching/coaching – Bennie Harris,

one of my MasterMind members, came up to me with

a package of gifts.

He began talking to me about the work he does in Iraq –

and how so many of the soldiers follow my Combat

Conditioning programs, are members of the Matt Furey

Inner Circle – and so on.

Not only that, when these soldiers heard that Bennie would

be at my seminar, they seized the moment. A contingent

of soldiers, from Iowa, my home state, as well as California,

where I lived for over 12 years – sent their regards.

On their behalf, Bennie presented me with an American

flag, a coin of honor that is ONLY given to Iowa soldiers,

as well as a certificate of appreciation and a group photo, all

signed by the top officers of their division.

The certificate for the flag raising was from:

HHD 49th M.P. Batallion

California National Guard

Col. Anthony Pulumbo

Sgt. Maj. Paul George

The Challenge coin and Picture was from:

‘C’ Troop 113th CAV.

Iowa National Guard

Sgt. Maj. Rodgers

Msgt. Wayne Marek

The units served from October 2005- October 2006 at FOB (Foward

Operating Base) Grizzly, Camp Ashraf, Iraq.

I was in tears as he presented me with these gifts. Although

I was emotionally drained after five days of giving all I had,

I still had a deep well to draw from when I received these

items. And of all the gifts I have received, and I get many –

THESE I treasure greatly. I let no one else touch them, including

my son, Frank, whom I showed them to when I got home.

The first thing Frank wanted to do was unravel the flag and look

it over. I told him no. THIS flag was special.

He asked why. I told him it came from U.S. Soldiers in Iraq. I told

him it was precious and was to remain inside the plastic I received

it in.

I told him I don’t want a speck of dust to ever touch it.

Yes, I realize that some people don’t agree with the war in Iraq.

I am not about to argue the point one way or the other. What I do

want to do, though, is take a moment – way in advance of Thanksgviing –

to pay special tribute to all the men and women in Iraq.

To all involved with sending me these gifts, from the depths of my soul,

I THANK YOU.

And to all the others serving in the U.S. Military – no matter where you

are – on behalf of my wife and family – THANK YOU. We have great love

for you.

Best,

Matt Furey
