How to Zap Fatigue Within Seconds

It’s amazing but true. Most people get up tired and go to bed tired. Going to bed tired is somewhat

understandable – but waking up tired is inexcusable.

How can you be tired when you wake up. You haven’t even done anything yet, right.

Okay, perhaps you didn’t get enough hours of rest. Or perhaps you got the hours of sleep, but there wasn’t enough rest in the sleep. Or maybe you’re under immense stress and this is affecting your energy level.

All of the above is understandable – yet, it can still be overcome, and with ease.

Let me tell you how you can take 5 simple steps to greater health and energy … NOW. Here they are:

1. Before lopping off to bed at night, mentally program yourself for energy. How do you do this. Simply say “I’m going to wake up totally energized tomorrow.”

Why is this important. It’s important because most people say ‘I’m tired’ when they go to bed and this leads to them waking up in the same mental state they went to bed with.

2. When you wake up in the morning, immediately focus on a big image of something you want to do, be or accomplish.

3. As you focus on this mental picture, tell yourself, “I am going to do everything I set out to do today.” When you say this to yourself, say it with ENTHUSIASM.

4. After doing this, sit up in bed, pull your feet close to your buttocks and begin to massage the kidney point at the bottom of each foot. Start with your left foot. Massage deeply at least 50 times, then massage the right foot the same number of times.

Doing this will amaze you.

It will cause your energy level to rise … and fast. Not only that, it is one of the cornerstones to raising your sekxual energy to a peak. This is covered in detail in my course on Chuang Shang de Gong Fu.

5. When you’re finished massaging the kidney points of each foot, raise your energy further still by doing some Hindu squats and Hindu pushups, as well as some deep breathing or the Magnificent Seven, which attacks the waistline like no other program on the planet.

6. After doing your training, take a cool to cold shower. The hot shower is fine to finish up with .. but start with the coldest water you can take. It will increase the vital energy in your body in an instant.

More on Wrist & Elbow Pain

This past weekend I heard from five different people who “used to” have wrist and elbow pain.

Including the ubiquitous Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Yet, in each and every case the pain was eliminated by doing the exercises I teach in my course entitled,

How to Eliminate Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Pain in Less than 30 Days.

Once again, the program works for far more than carpal tunnel. It works for pain in the hands and wrists, as well as elbow tendonitis.

In fact, that’s how I discovered this solution to so many peoples’ problem. I used to have chronic elbow pain – brought on by a combination of wrestling and weight training.

But within one week of doing the exercises my kung fu teacher showed me, my pain was gone.

I then began teaching the same to my personal training clients and not only did they get stronger

throughout the entire arm – but pain in their wrists went away.

And so, if you suffer from hand, wrist or elbow pain – be sure to take a very serious look at this program.

Vegetarianism v. Carnivorianism

Diets are like religion. Most followers think their way is the ONLY way.

If you’re a vegetarian, that’s the way everyone “should” eat. If you’re a carnivore – same answer.

If you don’t eat starches – no one ought to.

If you eat raw foods – only fools eat something cooked.

And so it goes.

Did you know there’s a way around all this.

It involves finding out what blood type you are – then figuring out what foods are appropriate for your blood type.

If you’re Blood Type O – for example, meat is very important to maintaining overall health. And starches like corn, rice and wheat are definitely out. Eat meat and you’ll get lean, lower your cholesterol and improve your health. Eat a vegetarian diet consisting of low fat grains – and you’ll get fat.

On the other hand, if you’re Blood Type A – meat is out and vegetables and grains are in. If you eat a lot of meat you’ll get fat. If you eat grains and avoid fat, you’ll get lean.

Amazing, huh?

I guess this means there may be a lot of people out there trying to do their body and the planet some good – but they’re not doing either. Uggh.

Well, even this idea of looking at the perfect diet based upon your blood type is not accepted by many in the medical community.

Yet, as you know, I never assume someone’s advice is correct because he has an M.D. or Ph.D. behind his or her name. Likewise, I never discount someone’s advice because he’s not an M.D. – or because he’s an acupuncturist, chiropractor or naturopathic doctor.

The only real way to know is to test something for yourself and see what you discover – assuming you care to do so.

The same goes with how you exercise. There are people who can benefit from weight training. I did at one time in my life – and then I gave it up when I found Combat Conditioning something far more suited to what my body/mind really wanted and needed.

It wasn’t taught to me by an M.D. or Ph.D. Yet, today there are M.D.’s, Ph.D.’s, doctors of chiropractic, acupuncture and other healing modalities who recommend this program to their patients all day long.

If you get everything you need from weights or cardio, then stick with them.

On the other foot, if you’re looking for something more – a program that gives you strength, endurance and flexibility – all at the same time – then Combat Conditioning deserves your attention.

100 Years of Healthitude

When I was a kid there was a great commercial for Marathon candy bars.

‘My name’s Quick Karl and I do everything fast.’

‘Oh yeah, bet you can’t eat a Marathon bar fast.’

‘Gimme that.’

Quick Karl quickly bites off a chunk of the cavity producer and starts off fast. Gradually though, his jaw is stuck. His teeth are trying to wade through the stickiness in the bar. He is forced to slow down.

This commercial aired about 30 years ago, I believe. Not only do I still remember it – but I think of it whenever I give people advice on living longer.

What kind of exercise should you do if you want to live a longer life? Should you be like Quick Karl and try to do everything fast?

The answer is yes and no.

At times you’ll want to do things quickly. This will rev up your internal engine and get your blood boiling. At other times you want to completely slow down, breathe deeply and move as quietly as possible while maintaining perfect balance.

And sometimes you want to stop moving externally and move your lungs via deep breathing.

Moreover, there are various pressure points on your body that the Chinese believe should be massaged each day to rejuvenate, recharge and YOUTH your body.

In fact, of more than 300 pressure points on your body, there are just three that, when massaged each day, will open up the meridians in your body, improve chi flow and quite possibly lead to you living 100 years in great health.

Throughout all of China you will see men and women doing exercises that comprise the Chinese Long-Life System.

Heals People of Disease Everyday

Over the years you’ve heard me mention the benefits of Chinese health practices. Everything from massage to acupuncture to tai chi and qi gong.

You’ve also heard me say a fitness program that only incorporates hard-core training is a mistake. For lifelong health, balance is the key and if all you do is “train hard” – you don’t have balance. You may appear strong on the outside, but internally a different story plays.

Happy to Meet You

Last Saturday was a great day.


Because I got to meet several Furey Faithful who get these daily emails – and have benefited enormously from my products.

Here’s how I met them:

I was on the walkway to enter the auditorium at Brandon High School in Florida, for the state freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling championships.

Running up to me from behind, a man with a British accent.

“Sir, may I ask your name,” he says.

“Matt,” I reply.

“Matt Furey?” he asks.


“Oh, what an honor to meet you sir. I have your books and DVDs on Combat Conditioning. My two sons and I love them. We’re here to compete. They recognized you right away and I told them it couldn’t be you. So now I find out it is.”

“They were right” I said.

“My sons will be thrilled to know we met.”

“I’m happy to hear that,” I replied.

During the tournament a former college wrestler saw me and struck a conversation. “I’ve been trying to get hold of you for months with no luck. Any chance you’d be interested in setting up a club with me where you teach your system of Combat Conditioning.”

“We can discuss the idea,” I said.

A few minutes later another man approached with his girl friend.

“Are you Matt Furey,” he asked.

“I AM.”

“Dude, I just want to shake your hand and thank you. I won a world championship because of you.”

“Really, how so?”

“I studied your Farmer Burns DVDs on catch wrestling.”

“And what did you learn from them that you used.”

He stopped and showed me a double-wrist lock throw and a groffit he used as a throw.

I smiled and showed him a couple variations. His eyes popped wide. He then introduced me to some of his teammates who also have my products.

What a thrill.

I am thankful to these people for coming forward – and to YOU for being part of the revolution. Keep spreading the word.

It’s a special day for me because it’s my daughter’s birthday. She’ll be turning 5 on May 5. That means that we’ve got three 5’s lined up once again.

The last time was when she turned one on 05/05/2005.

On that day we had a MEGA special – and for 48 hours there was an incredible stampede going on that could be heard ’round the world.’

Once again, with the triple 5’s in place, I have something cooked up for y’all. And I’ll announce the whole she-bang on video.
