This morning I woke up at 6:30. Before getting up I laid in bed for a spell doing deep breathing exercises and mentally reliving some choice moments from the past.
When I got up I stood before the mirror doing a few rounds of the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener.
Then I took a shower.
My workout began at 7:00. Here’s what I did:

There’s a takeaway phrase that will help you muster the juice to overcome any obstacle you face, physical, financial or personal.
To simplify, I’ll make this phrase financial. Here it is:
“Even though the economy sux right now, I choose to come up with an idea that will help me make X $ a month.”
This type of phrase is powerful because it helps you leapfrog obstacles and look for opportunities to create, grow and improve.
Even though times are tough right now, you can be even tougher than the times. You can still rise above your circumstances and begin creating something that people want and need.
To me, there’s no better way to help people than to create information products like books, DVDs, CDs and so on that teach you how to do something.
We live in a “how to” society. Each and every day we want to learn HOW to do something better, faster and easier.
In all my products, that’s what I try my best to do.

Here’s a simple stress test. One that is very different from anything else you’ve ever heard about being tested for stress.
And it’s one that almost all human beings will fail – even if they’re not feeling tense.
Okay, are you up to the challenge?
If you’re sitting right now. Stand up.
If you’re standing. Have a seat.
Now reverse your position once again.
Take note of what you did.
Now ask yourself, when did you exhale?
If you’re not sure – repeat the test once again, this time paying attention to when you breathe.
If you’re like most of the population, you exhaled way too late, so you added unnecessary stress to your body instead of letting it out.
And I’ll bet you had no idea that this way of getting up or sitting added unnecessary stress to your body.
Now, if you think that these are the only situations in which you are unconscious of your breathing – think again.
If you’re holding your breath in the act of standing or sitting – chances are excellent you’re holding your breath all day long.
And even if you don’t feel stressed out from doing so – I’m willing to bet you’ll feel a huge weight lifted from your energy field if you start exhaling at the appropriate times – more often.
Yes, breathing is basic and fundamental to the experience of being alive. Even so, how many people, based on this one simple test, are doing so properly?
When you breathe deeply you will note many changes in your life. And if you learn to breathe deeply while doing specific exercises that target the midsection – you may be stunned at what takes place.
For example, you may feel much more energetic.
You may notice that your digestion improves.
You may see and feel your waistline getting firmer and stronger.
And you may feel that you have much more sexual

Today I’d like you to observe human beings closer than you’ve ever watched them before.
Watch how they breathe and where they’re breathing from.
Watch how they walk and what their posture looks like.
See people running and observe them in detail.
Then ask yourself, “Is the way they’re breathing, walking and running truly NATURAL?”
Unless you’re living in a Zen Temple, chances are excellent that most people you see will be breathing high in their chest. Some will even be breathing from their throats.
As for walking, you’ll note how many people look totally disconnected as they move about. You’ll see legs and hips leading the way. You’ll see hunch backs, rounded shoulders and stiff lower backs.
And when it comes to running – you may see people who move like a wobbly tire about to detach from a driverless vehicle. Or you’ll see how much pain and agony the person is in. Every suffering step of exercise looks grueling.
You’ll see that although people are living in their bodies, many have already got a couple steps out the door.
As well as a few paw prints.
Every single day I am tempted to pull people aside and say, “Hold it. You’re running all wrong and it’s ruining your body. Hold it, there’s an easier way to walk. Your way is hurting your back and knees. Hold it – there’s a different way to breathe that’ll energize you beyond belief.”
But I know better. Unsolicited advice is seldom welcomed. Especially if it’s criticism.
Yet, I’m always amazed at how much better your breathing, walking and running become when you begin to reduce your waistline.
Especially when you do so with the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener as taught in Combat Abs.
Farmer Burns once said, “Deep breathing alone has made many a weak man strong – and many a sick man well.”
I totally agree.
Most of the health problems and improper posture are routed in not knowing how to breathe deeply while contracting the body scientifically.
And they are easily corrected with an exercise that only takes 2 to 5 seconds to complete.

Today I got a message on my Facebook page from Jennie, a self-described granny. With her permission I’m sharing part of what she wrote me:
Last Spring I was stuck in Dayton airport and picked up Black Belt Mag and saw your ad for Combat Conditioning.
Backing up a bit, when I was 52 I started taking Goju Ryo Karate. Without Combat Conditioning I would never have been able to keep up with the classes.
I am now 54, have my blue belt, and I can run circles around some of the kids!

As far as me being Farmer Burns ‘reincarnate’ – that’s a stretch. Even so, I do feel like I tapped some sort of cosmic vein when I found his course. The Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener alone, which I learned from him, has helped people worldwide flatten their bloated bellies in record time. Not only that, but it has helped many eliminate urinary incontinence, impotency and bowel irregularities. I don’t think the Farmer even knew it would have such a profound effect on so many.

When you were a young child under four years of age, you were already doing several things right, and no one even told you how.
This means that the Robert Fulghum book, All I Really Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten – although a fabulous read – is not completely accurate – title-wise.
Close, but no stogie.
What do I mean? Well, take a look at the following list of things kids do correctly BEFORE kindergarten:
1. Deep Breathing – all young children, before school, breathe from the lower abdomen. The older they get the shallower they breathe and the less life-force they have.
2. Posture – young children have good posture before they go to school. Their posture is even good when lying on the floor.
3. Focus – young children express their emotions freely and move on. They live in the moment all day long.
4. Running – young children run with a forward lean, allowing their bodies to go with gravity rather than fight it. When they stop doing this the joint problems begin to mount.
5. Relaxation – all children are physically relaxed, even when running wild. In fact, the reason they can run around with boundless energy is because their muscles are relaxed. They only use what they need. The rest is saved for later.
Take a closer look at 2 and 3 and 4-year olds. Natural geniuses, they are.
Yes, they still need to learn – a LOT.
But the basics, they have them mastered before they begin going to school.
What’s this have to do with you? Well, the more child-like you are, the more you can use the five habits listed above, the healthier, happier and all around better your life will be.

So I’m having breakfast with a doctor friend last Saturday. And he brings up my email on “Hot Cubans” from last week.
“That was a great one,” he said. “And it’s so true. The other night I was out with a friend and a lady walked in. As soon as she entered the room everyone looked up – even those who had their heads down and were lost in thought. She definitely knew how to put out the HOT energy you wrote about.”
“So you don’t think it was accidental or unconscious?” I asked.
“It could be. But I doubt if this one was unconscious because she had the body language and clothes to compliment the vibe.”
At that moment a waitress came to our table. Blonde hair up front, dark hair underneath. Tall and slender with delightful curves.
And oh, what a SMILE.
Not a business smile. Not a pretend smile. A truly genuine SMILE that radiates from within.
She takes our order and walks away.
“Wow, she has a great INNER SMILE,” Doc says. “I want her to wait on me every time I come to this place. Incredible.”
“Yep, it’s great when you see and feel that, isn’t it?” I said.
“None of the other girls here have a smile like that.”
“You’re right,” I said. “Now take a look at the guy who seated us. The one over there with the arm band on.”
“I see him.”
“His energy is totally scattered. Notice how you feel when he walks past our table.”
The man walked past us a minute later.
“Yuck,” Doc said. “I actually started to feel pissed off when he walked
“Right,” I said. “The guy needs some energy training, don’t you think?”
“I’d much rather have the lady at our table. You?”
“That’s a no-brainer,” said Doc.
“So just think how many people go to work each day pissed off, scattered, confused and so on. And then they wonder why they don’t get much done.”
“Yep, getting things done is all about energy,” Doc nodded.
“That’s why my seminar in December is going to be so cool,” I said. “Because I’m going to teach how I get into a mega positive energetic state before I create a product, as well as how I do so to keep creating – and what I do at any moment my energy begins to wane.”
“That’s going to be totally kick-butt,” Doc said.
A minute later our food arrived – with another whopper of a SMILE.
Mmm, mmm – sure made the food taste good.

More than 10 years ago I gave up weight training and weight lifting in favor of body weight exercises. I gave many reasons for making the change.
The physical reasons for the change run the gamut from increased strength to greater endurance and flexibility.
Yet, there were many mental, emotional and spiritual benefits to the new way of training I championed.
In February of 2000 I released Combat Conditioning, which became an international best-seller from the get-go.
A year later I put out Combat Abs – also a best-seller.
And a year after that I put out Combat Stretching, Gama Fitness and Magnetic Mind Power.
Since then I have continued to train, experiment and improve my training methods. Members of the Furey Faithful have been able to observe many of the changes first hand .
They’re the first to hear about and see the NEW information I bring to the table each month. And over the past several months they’ve been getting some major peaks at what is coming down the pike in Fureyville very soon.
But even they are going to be blown away at what I release in the next few months.
It goes WAAAAAY beyond what I’ve previously taught – and will help you in ways that my previous programs weren’t able to. That, my friend, is saying a LOT, especially when you consider how much my other programs have benefitted people all over the world.
