Every newborn child is incredibly flexible. Even at the advanced ages of one, two and four years of age most kids are still very limber. Then all of a sudden everything begins to stiffen and get tight.
Once most people hit their teens their muscles and joints have quite of bit of rigor mortis. And once you hit your 20’s and 30’s several areas of the body feel like they’re ready for the scrap heap.
So if you’re already beyond the age of 40 can you reverse this inflexibility?
Can you unwind your muscles, joints, tendons, and be born again? Yes you can. And as your body becomes more flexible so does your mind. There’s a reason why young children under the age of four test as highly creative and a few years later seem to have lost it. As the body goes so does the mind. And vice versa. So how do we become inflexible? Here are five ways:
1. We sit too long.
2. We eat too many toxic foods.
3. We swallow emotional difficulties and these get stored in the tissues.
4. We get injured and never learn how to remove the trauma from the tissues.
5. We do long distance cardiovascular exercise.
There are many other things we do that can cause inflexibility, but this list of five covers a lot. Take number 1, for example. If instead of sitting for hours at a time every single day, you got up from your chair and stretched for one minute, think what that can do for your lower back. Your lower back is so vitally important to your health and when it becomes stiff, painful and inflexible, your energy is short-circuited.
Having a loose, limber and flexible spine keeps you swimming in the fountain pool in youth. In my Combat Stretching program, I cover back flexibility like no one else. Many people think flexibility is all about doing the splits. Although doing the splits is an admirable achievement, the circuit breaker is not turned on from this stretch.
Knowing how to stretch your spine from your coccyx to your occiput is a hallmark of youth. Make sure you’re stretching your spine on a daily basis if you want to live life with gusto and enthusiasm. Order Combat Stretching today and find out how.
Best,
Matt Furey

Yesterday I wrote about a flexibility secret that has been withheld from you. I mentioned how I stumbled upon this secret nearly 20 years ago. Today, let me give you some details.
I was warming up at a 12 noon Korean martial arts class. Like everyone else, I was sitting on the floor with my legs spread in a V. Almost everyone in the class was stuck in the upright position. A few people were able to lower their chests several inches from the floor. Until that day I was stuck a few inches beyond the totally upright position. My groin was tight. My lower back was stiff. And my hamstrings were frozen.
Then all of a sudden, I felt as if I was being pushed forward. I took a deep breath and upon exhalation, my chest was almost on the floor. I was stunned. Even so, imagine how I felt when I went further still. Without any effort my chest pancaked flat on the floor. From my chest to my navel center everything was touching – and I felt no pain. Everyone else in the room was still stuck and in pain. They looked at me in awe. They thought I must be some kind of freak.
Several students asked me how I was able to stretch so deeply. As much as I wanted to explain how I did it, I couldn’t because I didn’t know how it happened.
Over the course of the next month, there were days in which I was stiff once again. And then there were days in which I was like Gumby. What was the reason? I searched my mind and body for answers and then one day I figured out the secret.
I’ve used this secret to gain flexibility and eliminate pain wherever I may feel it. And I’ve taught thousands of others to do the same. Lucky for you, you don’t have to figure it out on your own because in my Combat Stretching course I reveal the way. Order now and chances are excellent that you’ll be doubling your flexibility in one evening.
Best,
Matt Furey

There’s a secret to greater flexibility that has been withheld from you. Even though stretching is part of every sports program, every martial arts class, as well as gym class – in almost all instances, you’re just going through the motions. You’re no really doing anything that will make you more flexible.
At best, you’re stretching to avoid injury. And whether the stretches you’re doing actually help you avoid injury, is debatable.
Meanwhile, there are people who have flexibility levels that the masses who took gym class or were involved in sports, don’t have. Being a lifelong athlete and martial artist I stumbled on the flexibility secret nearly 20 years ago. And I’ve added to this secret ever since. Even at 47 years of age my flexibility continues to improve while the masses are still stuck in the same position they were in decades ago.
When you know my flexibility secret you really do prevent injuries. You also increase your energy and vitality. And if you’re in pain, you quickly learn how to get out of it. Go and discover what my program can do for you.
Best,

For several years I have successfully helped many, many students, friends and clients eliminate chronic shoulder pain.
Several of these students were told they needed surgery. One was even scheduled for surgery.
Last summer I worked with a young lady who literally cried when I tested her range of motion. The pain was excruciating. Two years earlier she severely injured the shoulder working with a personal trainer.
An orthopaedic surgeon for an NFL football team examined her and told her she needed surgery. In the interim he gave her cortisone shots – yet, she was still in pain.
I worked with her for 30 minutes, kneading the shoulder and giving her exercises based on her current range of motion and pain tolerance. I figured she would be out of pain within a week or two if she followed the plan I gave her.
Now imagine this: The next morning she woke up without throbbing pain for the first time in two years. A week later – zero pain.
And today, three months after I worked with her, she is totally pain-free. No shots. No surgery.
If you’re in pain wouldn’t it be great if I could do the same for you? Well, my newest shoulder pain-eliminating DVD will teach you my unique method so you can follow my guidance to heal your shoulders.
Go here to find out the details.

This morning I got up and put myself through a series of body-mind stretches.
The entire routine seemed like it took five minutes.
Key word is ‘seemed.’
Yet, when I finished, an entire hour had elapsed. There I was lying on my exercise mat in a pool of sweat, totally blissed out – feeling fantastic.
This is not how most people feel when they stretch. Most people feel aches, pain, stiffness and soreness.
And do you want to know why? It’s because they’ve never learned to do it the right way. They’re still doing the same old boring stretches they learned from a phys ed teacher in school.
One of the key elements in my Combat Stretching course is this: You focus on stretching more than the muscles. You loosen the joints from head to toe.
When you unlock your joints, your muscles gain a lot more slack immediately. Your tendons stretch as well – and get stronger.
Think of it, what good does a calf stretch do you if your ankle joints are tight? What good does a quad stretch do you if your lower back and hips are stiff?
Just from getting your joints to unwind and let go – you gain a great deal of psychological freedom. How so? Well, if your back is stiff, and it’s weighing on your mind all day long – think of what a load has been lifted when it is loose and free. The benefit is far more than physical – it’s mental, too.
In addition to that, when your lower back is loose, your kidneys and adrenals function much better – and last time I checked, these organs were huge in terms of giving you the fearlessness to go through your day with gusto and enthusiasm – with a belief that all will work out okay.
Being that energy flows from your feet upward – it makes sense that if there’s a clog in the lower back – there’s a serious amount of energy ready to be used, if you could only remove the blockage.
In Combat Stretching you’ll learn to remove the blockages and live life at a whole new level. Be sure to order NOW.
Best,
Matt Furey

Ever notice how many people cannot do a simple hamstring stretch without feeling pain and stiffness?
Perhaps you’re one of these people. If so, I have some very good news for you.
Whenever you stretch your hamstrings, you create a sense of calmness. You unwind your mind. You de-stress and decompress.
And the further you’re able to stretch your hamstrings – the further you stretch your mind.
You let go of fear.
You let go of the past.
You start going places you’ve never gone before.
When you stretch your hamstrings in the proper way; a way in which you let all the air out of your unnecessarily inflated balloon – you don’t just cause a physical change in your life. You cause a change in your mind and body.
You open yourself to greater possibilities. You stop holding back. You get up and go.
Making even a 1/2 inch improvement in your hamstring stretch can be a huge marker in your ongoing development. And the day you can toss your foot onto a tree branch to stretch your hamstrings, the way you see me doing here your friends will be amazed.
You, on the other hand, will simply be relaxed and loving life.
Yes, life is a lot better when you’re loose, limber and flexible – all the way around.
So make sure you give yourself some of the flexibility your body/mind wants, needs and deserves.

This morning, while in dream state, I had a conversation with Joe, a long-time customer, who received a Purple Heart for his service in Vietnam.
One afternoon, Joe called and began to rave about one of my products like a man who’d just had a triple espresso.
“You’ve got to tell people about this,” said Joe. ”
“About what?” I asked.
“About your cure for tinnitus.”
“What cure for tinnitus?”
“The one in your Combat Stretching program.”
“I don’t have a cure for tinnitus in that program,” I said.
“Oh, YES you do. And I know this for a fact. I’ve had tinnitus since I returned from Vietnam. A grenade went off very close to my head, and I’ve had ringing in the ears ever since. But after doing your neck stretching exercises in your program, the ringing stopped.”
“Huh?”
“Yes, it’s true. And get this: I went to the VA to visit a couple friends who were in the war with me. They also had ringing in the ears. I taught them your neck exercises and the same thing happened. Matt, you’ve got a cure for tinnitus and don’t even know it. That’s why I had to call. I had to tell you myself.”
“That’s amazing,” I said. “Thank you so much for letting me know.”
“Matt, you’ve got to get the message out,” said Joe. “There are millions of us with this issue and we’re tired of being told there’s nothing we can do.”
After I got up this morning a friend came by to train with me. I told her the story of Joe, and what he told me years ago. Well, unbeknownst to me, she also had ringing in the ears.
“Well, let’s fix that,” I said. I gave her the exercises to do and both of her ears popped open. She could hear much better immediately.
My friend, as your mentor, I must confess that I failed to put the message out about tinnitus, as Joe suggested to me so long ago. No excuses. I got busy with “other things” and his call to action slipped through the cracks.
So I appreciate the reminder I received this morning, in deep R.E.M. sleep. And I’m not making this mistake again. I am NOW letting you know that the neck exercises in Combat Stretching may heal your tinnitus, if you suffer from it.
At the very least, they’ll remove stress, tension and weakness from your neck – and how many people suffer with that?
Even more, the other exercises in the course may fix umpteen other aches, pains, weaknesses and imbalances.
This means it’s time to Get to work on mending your body and putting all the pieces back together.
And so, if you want to Live life with gusto and enthusiasm – then start or end your day with Combat Stretching.
Best,
Matt Furey

Three weeks ago I worked on Clarence, a 26-year old former college football player and fire fighter, who told me he needed to have hip
surgery.
“Why” I asked.
“Because of all the car wrecks I had in football.”
“Car wrecks?”
“Yeah, playing college football at the level I played, it’s like being involved in 40-60 car wrecks per game. And my hips are really in pain because of this. I can feel all kinds of junk obstructing the area. I need to have a procedure to get the joint vacuumed out”
“Well, why don’t you let me work with you and see if we can avoid surgery,” I said.
“I’m game,” said Clarence.
Later that evening, Clarence and I got together. I put him through an array of hip loosening exercises that I’ve learned over the years
through my study of Chinese internal martial arts and healing methods.
At first, I was amazed at how weak Clarence was on these exercises. How can a 6’4″ 290 pound man who can run a 4.6 40-yard dash, have such a glaring weakness when his muscles were so big and strong.
Once again, this goes to show what I’ve been saying for years. Just because your muscles are big and strong, doesn’t mean your tendons, ligaments and joints are in good condition. Not to mention your organs.
Anyway, even while Clarence was doing these exercises with me, he felt a change taking place within.
Something was happening internally with these movements to clear the pain.
After his brief 20 minutes with me, he went home. It was about 9 PM when he left.
The next morning, not even 12 hours later, Clarence wrote me to tell me he was already 60% better. A week later – 90%. And this past weekend he toldme he was completely out of pain.
Now, how much were the exercises I gave him worth?
For one, they helped him avoid hip surgery. Second, he can now train again at the level he wants. And third, all day long he is pain free in his hips. He can walk, run and just stand around without pain. All of those seemingly simple tasks were difficult for him before he began doing the exercises I taught him.
How’d you like to learn the exercises I taught Clarence, as well as all the secrets in my Combat Stretching course.
As your mentor, I’ll guide you through exercises from head to toe, designed to free you of pain, weakness, stiffness and irritability. Exercises designed to unlock the energy within your body, freeing you to live life to the full.
Go and place your order NOW.
Best,
Matt Furey
